Background
Southern raised, and Louisiana made, my love for cities and design started young. From road trips to D.C. with my family, and staycations in New Orleans, I recognized early on how much the built environment contributed to so many elements of my life. The intersections of the streets where I grew up, were spaces of celebration, protest, and even grief. My time in the Peace Corps only furthered my exploration of how people from different parts of the world occupy and share the built world around them. My personal interest in data, & technology paired with my undergraduate and graduate experience in urban studies, spatial analytics, and technology strategy has led me to a career in city planning.
With my newfound data skills in R, GIS, & Python, and private sector experience, I hope to leverage data to provide solutions to pressing issues facing cities today. I am particularly interested in digital equity, broadband and EV infrastructure deployment, big data and data privacy, and AI powered analytics to improve consumer facing city services.
I hope you enjoyed my portfolio, and I can't wait to connect with you!
With gratitude,
